Description
Lean grilled chicken nuggets just like Chick-fil-A with herbs, garlic, and juicy grilled flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Marinate in lemon juice, garlic, and spices for 30 minutes.
3. Heat grill or pan over medium heat with olive oil.
4. Grill nuggets 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
5. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Let the chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
Pairs well with honey roasted BBQ or spicy sriracha sauce.
