Description
This Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe has a creamy garlic sauce, fresh Parmesan, and juicy chicken—perfect with pasta, potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt/Pepper
2 teaspoons parsley
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup dry white wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon EACH: onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Slice chicken in half lengthwise and pound to ½ inch thick.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
4. Deglaze pan with wine, reduce slightly, and add garlic.
5. Stir in butter and flour, cook 2 minutes.
6. Slowly add broth mixture and simmer 8 minutes.
7. Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
8. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, heat through.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
Chicken broth can replace wine if preferred.
Store in airtight container for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
Great with mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
