Description

These grilled chicken nuggets are a delicious and healthy alternative to Chick-fil-A’s classic nuggets. Lower in calories, sodium, and fat, they’re perfect for meal prep or dipping in your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.

5. Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Marinate longer (up to 12 hours) for deeper flavor.

Pair with garlic parmesan sauce or serve over salad for a full meal.

Try cast iron grilling for extra sear and flavor.
